For years, I chased the next plan, the next program, the next promise of a healthier, more productive life. And while some of it helped, none of it filled the deeper longing I felt — for something rooted, sustainable, and truly connected to my faith.
Somewhere along the way, God began to shift my perspective. I stopped striving to fix myself and started learning to listen — to my body, my life, the seasons around me, and the quiet voice of the One who created me.
That listening changed everything. And it's the very heart of what I offer other women through Wellspring Coaching today.
